Description:

This will be a 50-70% front end role which will focus on creating hot fixes, working with various calculation engines (highly advanced / technical Java / Angular / NodeJS applications) which and guide various large enterprise portals. Our team wants to find someone with a minimum of 9+ years of experience, with a focus in Angular17+ (strong TypeScript), ability to work with with Core Java/Spring Frameworks, and someone able to work DIRECTLY for Eliassen Group 100% on site in Dallas TX

_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

_Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. w2_

Responsibilities:

+ Develop both Spring MVC and Spring Boot based Java Applications

+ Work alongside testing (front end with Playwright/Jest, backend with JUnit/Selenium/et cetera for Java-side applications

+ Work alongside DevOps / Cloud Engineers (Deploy with Jenkins into either Azure/AWS/et cetera) - you MUST be able to work with tools such as: GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy; deploying applications in a DevOps environment (I.E. Microsoft Azure or AWS/EKS)

+ Create highly performant code and work well with others

Experience Requirements:

+ 9+ years of progressive software / web development experience, experience with GraphQL or Apache Camel is highly desired

+ Spring (MVC and BOOT)

Nice to Have:

+ DevOps experiences

+ CI/CD pipeline development

+ Testing (Playwright or JEST for unit testing

Education Requirements:

Bachelors in Computer Science (or equivalent Degree) required
