Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, cross-functional **Strategic Alignment Lead** to serve as the critical hub for internal strategy communication, alignment, and storytelling across our AI initiatives in IDG AI Ecosystem team. This role will drive clarity, momentum, and executive engagement by ensuring that business units, segments, geographies, and marketing teams are aligned on strategy, priorities, and timelines.

As the single source of truth for internal communications related to AI product roadmaps, this individual will also craft executive-level messaging and help narrate our innovation journey to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

+ **Internal Communication Leadership:**

+ Own and maintain the single source of truth for the AI platform, roadmap, and launch timelines.

+ Drive ongoing communication to Product BUs, Geo/Sales Segments, and Marketing teams on strategic priorities and updates.

+ **Alignment and Scope Management:**

+ Align internal teams across Devices, Segments, and Geographies around shared priorities, market size opportunities, key use cases, and business goals.

+ Coordinate regular alignment checkpoints and ensure consistency across strategic initiatives.

+ **Executive-Level Storytelling:**

+ Create executive-level communications, strategic updates, and briefing materials for leadership reviews and internal forums.

+ Develop and drive internal storytelling that articulates the vision, milestones, and impact of AI product and roadmap strategies.

+ **Strategic Planning Enablement:**

+ Facilitate internal workshops, planning sessions, and forums to refine use case prioritization, regional focus areas, and cross-BU alignment.

+ **Risk & Opportunity Sensing:**

+ Proactively identify misalignments, bottlenecks, or messaging gaps across organizations and escalate with recommended actions.

Basic Qualifications

+ 10+ years of Experience in corporate strategy, product management, and/or business operations roles.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Strategy, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 5+ years of Experience leading and supporting emerging technology initiatives.

+ 3+ years of Experience supporting AI product delivery and/or development.

+ Experience driving strategic alignment in a matrixed and global organization.

+ Expertise creating presentations and presenting to Executive and above level staff.

+ Experience creating, leading and managing Executive briefings and reports.

+ Experience managing communication for deliverables and timelines.

+ Familiarity with enterprise product development cycles and global go-to-market strategies.

+ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

+ Excellent presentation skills: verbal, written, slide decks, demos.

+ High attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.

+ Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
