    Job description:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Analyze user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify applications

    + Responsible to capture & assess business requirements and provide design leadership to address impact analysis to process flows, systems impact, and application impact analysis

    + Ability to capture and appropriately communicate project business requirements (functional and non-functional requirement)

    Required Skills:

    + Minimum of 5 years as a functional business analyst on Salesforce Projects

    + Excellent verbal skills and writing skills for requirement and technical documentation and other deliverable documentation

    + Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud

    + Prefer candidate with some experience in user education and training activities
