    Elevate Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Memory Care Director to lead our specialized memory care program. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is deeply committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Oversee and coordinate the memory care unit to ensure quality resident care and engagement

    + Lead, mentor, and train staff in dementia-specific care practices

    + Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams

    + Implement evidence-based activities and programs that promote cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being

    + Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines and Elevate Care standards

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Experience working in dementia care, preferably in a leadership role

    + Background in social work, psychology, or related field

    + Knowledge of dementia-related conditions and behavioral management techniques

    + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    + Passion for improving the quality of life for seniors
