Your Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the supply chain planning team to optimize cost efficiency and enhance delivery reliability of all materials and products.

+ Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

+ Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies aligned with the overarching supply chain strategy.

+ Drive the advancement and refinement of planning processes, methods, guidelines, and systems.

+ Ensure processes adhere to defined standards while consistently meeting targets.

+ Identify and rectify deviations or bottlenecks promptly.

+ Align supply chain activities with strategic business objectives.

+ Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technical Field, or Supply Chain.Demonstrated Planning and Logistics experience within a manufacturing plant environment.

+ Successful history of managing and directing a team.Self-motivated, driven, and assertive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impactful results.Excellent written & verbal communications skills

+ This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
