Western Behavioral Health's Comprehensive Recovery Services (CRS) Program is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our Outpatient Treatment team! We primarily treat clients ages 18-65 with significant mental illness (SMI) such as Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorders and Bipolar Disorder. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that clients receive a high level of care throughout the course of their treatment. This is a unique opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team and work in collaboration with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other support team members! We provide both in person and telehealth individual and group therapy services, along with medication management.

Responsibilities:
+ **Quality Assurance** : Participates in program improvement activities.
+ **Documentation** : Completes clinical documentation promptly and provides necessary information for service authorization.
+ **Case Reviews** : Periodically reviews cases and serious patient condition changes with the supervisor and clinical team.
+ **Patient Assessment** : Assesses patients' changing needs and updates treatment plans accordingly.
+ **New Patient Assessments** : Conducts assessments under supervision and makes clinical decisions regarding treatment and referrals.
+ **Therapy** : Provides individual and group therapy, engages families in treatment, and educates patients on recovery.
+ **Record Keeping** : Documents all patient interactions and treatment sessions.
+ **Service Referrals** : Discusses additional service needs with the clinical team and refers patients to appropriate resources.
+ **Team Meetings** : Participates in regular meetings to discuss cases, update treatment plans, and monitor progress.
+ **Productivity Records** : Maintains daily records of clinical productivity.
+ **Treatment Planning** : Creates comprehensive treatment plans to address patients' diverse needs.
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. (Successfully completed the educational requirements as defined in practicing state's code)

One year of clinical experience preferred.
Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM preferred.
Experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions preferred.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Passed the examination required by 49.11. relating to licensure examination
Must sign a license agreement and be actively working to obtain the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or Licensed Family Marriage Therapist (LMFT) within 30 months of hire.
