    + **Play-Based Interventions:** Deliver age-appropriate, play-based interventions and develop individualized care plans that align with each patient’s medical and psychosocial needs.

    + **Holistic Growth Support:** Promote the emotional, social, and cognitive growth of patients, considering the context of their family, culture, and developmental stage.

    + **Educational Guidance:** Enhance patients’ and families’ understanding of medical procedures and diagnoses using developmentally appropriate techniques.

    Qualifications:

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Child Life Development, Early Childhood Education, or Pediatric Psychology.

    + **Experience:** At least 1 year of relevant experience working with children.

    + **Licenses/Certifications:** Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) certification is required
