ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Solutions Architect** to join our team in **Herndon, VA.** We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Solutions Architect** with deep experience designing and implementing secure, mission-critical solutions for federal government customers. In this leadership role, you will partner with customer stakeholders to architect a cloud-based platform while ensuring compliance with federal security and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Lead the design of an enterprise solution tailored to the unique requirements of a National Intelligence customer, ensuring security, scalability, and mission alignment.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, translating them into high-impact technical architectures.

+ Provide guidance to internal engineering, cybersecurity, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle from design to solution implementation.

+ Maintain deep understanding of compliance requirements such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).

+ Ability to work remotely and travel for meetings in Northern Virginia area as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional IT experience in lieu of a degree

+ 8+ years of experience in IT architecture or technical leadership roles.

+ Experience supporting federal agencies in a technical capacity.

+ Experience with architecting secure solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).

+ Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Active Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.

+ Experience designing and deploying Zero Trust Architectures and DevSecOps pipelines.

+ Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

+ Knowledge of digital modernization.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.

Physical Requirements:

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, officemachinery, etc.

+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which mayinvolve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information inthese situations.
