    Job Description

    EPS Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced professional for the position ofEnterprise Operations Management Support. This position requires expertise in IT operations and services management, with a focus on Unix/Linux systems, firewalls, and overall enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex IT environments and supporting enterprise-level operations, while working in a highly secure and mission-critical environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide comprehensive operations management support for enterprise IT services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of systems and infrastructure.

    + Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance to ensure continuous availability and security.

    + Support and manage IT services related to Unix/Linux environments, firewalls, and other enterprise technologies.

    + Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, ensuring timely issue resolution and system uptime.

    + Develop and maintain documentation for IT operations processes, procedures, and workflows.

    + Implement and manage best practices for IT operations, including change management, incident management, and configuration management.

    + Provide technical expertise and guidance on IT infrastructure, system management, and security protocols.

    + Assist in managing IT service delivery and performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    + Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Security Clearance: Must possess aTop Secretclearance withSCI eligibility.

    + Certifications:

    + VCTA (VMware Certified Technical Associate)

    + CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

    + ITIL Foundation Certification

    + Education:

    + B.S. in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering) OR

    + 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT operations and services management.

    + Experience:

    + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR

    + 7+ years of experience in IT operations/services management, supporting enterprise-level infrastructure.

    + Strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and firewalls (configuration and management).

    + Extensive background in IT services management, including change and incident management.

    Additional Skills:

    + Deep understanding of IT operations, service management, and systems administration.

    + Experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure, including Unix/Linux and firewall systems.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with internal and external teams.

    + Ability to work in a high-pressure, mission-driven environment with complex technical challenges.

    + Experience with ITIL-based service management practices and methodologies.

     

    Familiarity with automation tools for system management and optimization
