    Job Description

    EPS Corporation is seeking an experienced and highly skilledNetwork Architecture Design Managerto lead and manage network architecture projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network architectures, as well as a solid understanding of firewall technologies and IT operations. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and the ability to work in a secure and dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage the design and implementation of network architecture for enterprise-level IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

    + Oversee network infrastructure projects, from conception to deployment, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and security requirements.

    + Collaborate with senior leadership, engineers, and other technical teams to develop strategic network solutions that meet business and security needs.

    + Provide technical expertise and guidance in the integration of advanced networking technologies and firewalls.

    + Conduct network assessments, capacity planning, and performance evaluations to ensure the network meets performance and security standards.

    + Lead troubleshooting efforts for network-related issues and provide high-level support for network operations.

    + Manage a team of network engineers, providing mentorship, direction, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

    + Ensure all network designs and implementations adhere to industry best practices, security policies, and ITIL service management processes.

    + Develop and maintain comprehensive network architecture documentation and project plans.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Security Clearance: Must possess aTop Secretclearance withSCI eligibility.

    + Certifications:

    + CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

    + ITIL Foundation Certification

    + Education:

    + B.S. in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering) OR

    + 7+ years of relevant IT experience.

    + Experience:

    + 5+ years of relevant experience in network architecture design and management.

    + Strong hands-on experience with firewall technologies and network security.

    + Proven experience leading and managing network infrastructure projects at the enterprise level.

    Additional Skills:

    + Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing complex network infrastructures.

    + Strong experience with firewalls and network security technologies.

    + Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of network engineers.

    + Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles and their application in network operations.

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    + Ability to analyze complex network issues, develop solutions, and execute effective resolutions.

     

    Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in network architecture, including cloud computing and virtualization
