    Position Overview:

    We're seeking an experienced Director - Inside Sales with a background in aesthetics, medical devices, capital equipment sales, and financing to lead our inside sales team and oversee full-cycle sales. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader who thrives in a consultative environment and has a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

     

    As a key member of the Astanza Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the entire sales pipeline—from partnering with marketing to generate and qualify leads, through managing the financing and closing process, and into long-term account management and customer success. You'll play a strategic role in ensuring pipeline efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and seamless collaboration across departments.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing coaching, performance oversight, and support

    + Own the strategy and team's execution of the full sales process, which includes:

    + Working closely with the marketing team to develop and qualify leads

    + Educating prospective buyers on financing and leasing options

    + Closing capital equipment sales

    + Overseeing client onboarding and ensuring ongoing account satisfaction

    + Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

    + Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting

    + Play a key role in strategic planning as part of the Leadership Team

    + Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of sales leadership experience, including direct management of inside sales representatives

    + Proven success in capital equipment or medical device sales

    + Strong understanding of financing solutions, ROI-focused selling, and consultative sales processes

    + Experience managing an outside sales team or 1099 contractor sales reps is highly desired

    + Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills

    + Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

    + Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills

    + Based in or near Dallas, TX is preferred, but remote candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered

    Compensation:

    Base Salary $120,000 - $160,000 and On Target Earnings $180,000 - $225,000+
