    Senior Surgical Technician — Surgery Unit — Providence St. Mary Medical Center Walla Walla, WA

     

    Advanced Surgical Technologists are individuals who perform tasks in the surgical setting under the delegation of a licensed health practitioner. The primary duties are outlined in WAC 346-939-030. The Advanced Surgical technologist is responsible for maintaining and editing their specific designated specialty preference cards, coordinating supplies and equipment for their designated specialty, and creating product request forms.

    **Shift details:** This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 working hours per week), day shift position. _(Variable, rotating call weekdays and weekends, holiday call)_

    Required Qualifications:

    + Coursework/Training - Graduate from an accredited program or, comparable training.

    + Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.

    + National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

    + 3 years - Working as a Surgical Technologist
