Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as the team lead in designing and developing advanced solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications, as well as coach and mentor team members.

The Lead AWS Site Reliability Engineerrole will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Apply your advanced skills and knowledge to develop solutions for monitoring applications and underlying IT infrastructure components.
* Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms and account for interrelated functionality and processes when developing monitoring solutions.
* Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
* Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions and lead the team in addressing identified issues.

*Minimum Required Experiences*
* 6 years
* 4 years of hands-on experience managing the Monitoring and Observability platform using Splunk/ Dynatrace/ Open Telemetry/ AWS Cloudwatch in a large-scale Linux and Windows Server environments.
* Experience in generating and using complex database queries. Skilled in Python Programming.
*Desired Experiences*
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* 4+ years of hands-on experience managing the Monitoring and Observability platform using Splunk/ Dynatrace/ Open Telemetry/ AWS Cloudwatch in a large-scale Linux and Windows Server environments on-premises and AWS.
* Experience supporting mission-critical platforms in an on-call setting.
* AWS/Linux/Windows/Other Tool certifications.
* AWS Certification SysOps Administrator &/or Developer (preferred).
* Azure Fundamentals / Developer certification (optional).
* Programming experience in Python & Java (optional).
* Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
* Skilled in using REST API
* Knowledge in Disaster Recovery processes.
*Skills*
* Proficient in maintaining and managing Linux and Windows Servers, with knowledge of native scripting (Shell / PowerShell).
* Skilled in AWS services such as EC2, SSM, CloudWatch, and Tools like AWS Console, AWS CLI and CloudFormation.
* Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Python, and other programming languages.
* Experience in using Splunk, Application Performance tools like Open Telemetry or Dynatrae, Synthetic Monitoring tools like Catchpoint.
* Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment, with strong customer service skills, teamwork abilities, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
