As an Advisor in the Analytics & Modeling team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization through data-driven insights and recommendations. You will provide expert guidance on complex analytical projects, partnering with senior leadership to drive business transformation and innovation.

The *Credit Risk Analyst - Advisor *role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
As a senior contributor our team, you will be responsible for generating insightful risk analysis and reporting for risk management. This role requires applying advanced data science and analytics skillsets (including expertise in R, Python, and Tableau Software) combined with deep knowledge of mortgage credit risk. You will take the lead on solving complex problems and clearly communicate the conclusions to inform and influence management decisions. In this role you will be required to:
* Process and analyze large amounts of data efficiently using advanced analytics tools and techniques.
* Apply complex solutions to financial analysis or forecasting, which may include scenario or sensitivity analysis, stress testing, or attribution analysis.
* Translate and report results from the analysis or models into clear and concise conclusions.
* Provide advanced solutions to model builders to vet new models, suggest changes to existing models, and analyze model performance data.
*Minimum Required Experiences:*
* 6 years experience
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
*Skills:*
* Credit Risk Management
* Data Analysis and Interpretation
* Data Visualization and Reporting using Tableau Software
* Advanced Programming
* Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to a general audience
*Tools:*
* Tableau Software
* Excel
* SQL
* R
* Python
* MS Office Suite
*Desired Experiences:*
* Masters or Other Advanced Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science)
* Experience in mortgage credit analytics and regulatory capital
* Experience developing risk appetite limits and/or key risk indicators
* Ability to work independently and create work plans to follow-up and accomplish large, unstructured tasks
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
