    Position Description

These consulting services and products help to increase revenue in the back end of a dealership. In this role, you will interact with Reynolds internal departments and dealership employees to deliver a high level of customer service and support as it relates to the SPG and\/or Advanced Service products. You will be responsible for custom implementation, diagnosing issues, promoting sales opportunities, and advance \u201cjust in time\u201d consulting.     Training

     

    Training consists of 12 weeks of on-the-job training, online coursework, and classroom style training

    Requirements

    At least 2 years of experience working in either the Parts or Service Department (Service Advisor, Technician, Warranty Administrator, or Parts Counterperson)~^~Experience with Microsoft Office Applications~^~Reynolds ERA\/POWER experience a plus
