    Pay: $23.00/HR

    + **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older• No experience required and on the job training provided• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** • Customer service experience • One (1) year of similar work experience **Responsibilities:** • Provide leadership and direction to team members • Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management • Report performance issues to the Supervisor• Assist with the training of cleaning team• Coordinate work assignments • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building • Responsible for maintaining ABM vehicles, safety logs, and performing routine safety inspections. Report any issues to management.

    + Conduct daily inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

    + Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

    + Help employees to complete all special works (snow removal, heavy work, replace absenteeism)

    + Cover shifts if needed including weekends.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by Lead.• Report work orders for maintenance• Makes sure premises are secured at all times • Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly• Complete order forms completely and accurately• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.

    + **SNOW REMOVAL** : Lead is responsible for leading / supervising one of the snow teams for assigned area. Remove snow or ice from sidewalks down to the concrete using a shovel or snow machine, spread salt and remove any melted snow, ice. The snow blowers or brushes may only be used on sidewalks, plazas that are approved.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
