What awaits you:

+ Manage and direct the activities of the process department in the repair and refurbishment of tooling and equipment to meet or exceed production goals

+ Training of technical personnel on overall machine function, process, and troubleshooting

+ Oversee the tooling and equipment preventative maintenance programs to maintain continuous and efficient operations

+ Read and edit PLC logic, program and troubleshoot robotics, and evaluate, and troubleshoot electrical schematics

+ Direct and prioritize the activities in fabricating new tooling, repairs, and refurbishing equipment and tooling

+ Lead the process team in assisting the Continuous Improvement activities towards maintaining optimal equipment operations and in improving OEE, downtime, and scrap

+ Participate and contribute to the safety, 5S, and cost reduction initiatives

+ Programming and installation of automation systems and interfacing with other factory control systems including PLC's, HMI's, robotics, drives and computers

+ Drive optimization of manufacturing equipment utilization through continuous improvement and rapid trouble shooting

+ Oversee and support quotation, procurement and execution of all capital equipment related projects

+ Maintains specified records and logs of repairs, maintenance\-related activities

+ Performs preventative maintenance procedures following an established program

+ Follows applicable codes and regulations

+ Implement LL and read across and best practice

+ Performs other duties incidental to the position, as assigned

Qualifications

* Comply with all IATF 16949 standards/ISO 14001 standards

* Weekend and on\-call work as needed
