The role you’ll contribute:

The Sr Manager of Strategic Operations and Project Management works directly with the North Regional Leadership teams including Strategy, Business Development, Hospital Leadership and Institutes to support the development and implementation of growth strategies and initiatives across the region. The Senior Manager will support strategic planning, operational planning, program development, project deployment, accelerate innovation, and promote quality and safety in order to elevate the brand promise of AdventHealth. The Senior Manager drives execution in collaboration with key stakeholder on strategic deliverables, service line initiatives, and organizational transformation by helping to identify gaps and remove barriers. Working within a matrix management environment, the Senior Manager works closely with Regional and hospital Leadership and multidisciplinary teams to elevate performance of the Region. Responsible for ensuring a high level of data accuracy and timely delivery of critical key performance metrics including financials, databases, strategic planning, regulatory requirements, and operational deployment of initiatives. This position is also responsible for the coordination and oversight of assigned project management activities for the Region focused on strategy and growth areas including Ambulatory, ASC, Strategy, Deals, Business Development and other key areas. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

+ **Manages multiple projects (either integrated or unrelated) from somewhat to highly complex, with enterprise-wide impact or requiring a business transformational change.**

+ **Manages and completes project status reports with appropriate information in a timely and efficient manner regarding programs while helping to develop program measures to track deliverables as outlined each year.**

+ **Utilizes Lean process improvement methodology to approach and solve identified problems/projects and manage the implementation of solutions to improve workflow efficiency**

+ **Supports the North Strategic Planning process including tracking of key initiatives across the region as well as supports the data gathering to support the 3 year plan**

+ **Attends key meetings and creates process to track deliverables across multiple stakeholders for key strategic projects and initiatives**

+ **Assists the C-Suite by providing technical assistance and guidance on the preparation, coordination, implementation and communication of executive actions including presentations.**

+ **Collaborates closely with multiple department leaders and staff as part of the project planning and management process**

+ **Collaborates with AdventHealth Corporate research team on identified corporate projects including market data, consumer experience and aspirations work.**

+ **Utilizes organizational databases, decision support, and expert systems programs to access information and analyze data from various sources for use in planning and development of processes and systems supporting strategic initiatives**

+ **Develops core portfolio of market research for new initiatives including land searches, practice acquisitions, expansions or any new projects.**

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:

**Minimum qualifications** :

+ **Bachelor's in Business Administration, Health Administration, Business, or other related field Required**

+ **5 experience in healthcare, business development, strategic planning and/or operations Required**

+ **Experience in managing projects, preferably in a healthcare or technology realm, utilizing standard project management concepts Required**
