Founded in 1921, Straub Benioff Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. With over 200 physicians who are leaders in their fields, Straub provides its patients with diagnoses and treatments for more than 32 different medical specialties, including bone and joint, heart, cancer, endocrinology/diabetes, family medicine, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, internal medicine, vascular and urology. Straub is home to the Pacific Region’s only multidisciplinary burn treatment center. The hospital consistently brings new technologies and innovative medical practices to Hawai'i, such as minimally invasive cardiac surgery and total joint replacement.

Information Technology (IT) implements, supports and maintains all systems at Hawai‘i Pacific Health facilities. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users, and acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s numerous facilities and administrative offices.

As the Development Manager, Telehealth, you will oversee planning, development, implementation, and operations of the Telehealth services across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will support current telehealth service offerings, the implementation of new programs, and other cases of video visits and remote patient monitoring. In this position, you will develop and enforce operating protocols and standards, ensure an effective, scalable telehealth network. You will collaborate with leaders, clinicians, frontline staff and other external key stakeholders to continuously refine and improve telehealth operational approaches that reflect and anticipate changes in technology and health care delivery systems.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related work experience. Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or related field. Experience with the development and support of telemedicine programs. Hands-on Epic clinical system experience OR Epic certifications.
