**Location:** Throop, PA | **Pay Rate:** $14.10 - $18.25/hr | **Schedule:** FT/Mon-Fri (8:30am-5pm) (TEMP)

Accounts Receivable Associate

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at PDS Tech Commercial, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations. Your expertise in handling accounts receivable tasks will ensure the smooth processing of transactions and contribute to the financial health of our organization. This temporary position offers a dynamic work environment where your skills will be highly valued.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

+ Perform daily reconciliation and resolve problem checks.

+ Correct proofs and make bank deposits.

+ Contact shippers regarding checks that cannot be processed.

+ Process mail, data entry, typing, and processing forms.

+ Communicate extensively with customers via telephone, including conference calls, and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts.

+ Conduct advanced research and root cause analysis to solve organizational and problem-solving challenges.

+ Utilize Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and Word for various tasks.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically vlookups and pivot tables) and Word.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.

Preferred:

+ Prior experience in a phone center or collections.

+ Experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.

**Pay Details:** $14.10 to $18.25 per hour
