    Maintenance & Calibration Technician – Join a Global Pharma Leader!

     

    Onsite in Indianapolis, IN

     

    First or Second Shift (set after training)

    Temp-to-Perm (based on performance)

    Pay: $25.42 – $29.09 per hour

     

    PDS Tech is currently seeking a **Maintenance & Calibration Technician** to join a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing client at a state-of-the-art Radioligand Therapies Production Facility. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical skills and experience in GMP-regulated environments who are looking to contribute to the advancement of life-saving therapies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production, laboratory, and building systems equipment

    + Troubleshoot and repair process and utility equipment, including containment isolators, filling lines, HVAC systems, motors, pumps, and control systems

    + Interpret P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications

    + Support radiation safety programs, including calibration of radiation detection instruments

    + Complete thorough and accurate documentation in CMMS systems

    + Assist with start-up, commissioning activities, and provide technical support for deviations and investigations

    + Contribute to the development of operational procedures and training materials

    + Mentor less experienced technicians as needed

    + Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

    + Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a GMP-regulated environment

    + Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, aseptic fill/finish, or radiopharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desirable

    + Proficiency with CMMS, MS Office applications, and Building Management Systems

    + Ability to work in protective clothing, including cleanroom attire and respiratory protection

    + Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs

    + Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

    **Pay Details:** $25.42 to $29.09 per hour
