    PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled and reliable **Production Maintenance Technician** to support production operations at our client’s manufacturing facility in Hanover Park, IL.

     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of all production machinery and systems to meet safety and productivity standards.

     

    + **Pay Rate: $26.00/hour with opportunity for overtime**

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical systems, production machinery, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including those involving PLCs.

    + Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues such as leaks, wear, or malfunctions.

    + Accurately document maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

    + Assist with the installation, modification, and upgrading of equipment.

    + Support root cause analysis and participate in continuous improvement projects.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade certification preferred.

    + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.

    + Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.

    + Basic computer skills; CMMS experience preferred.

    + Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

    **Pay Details:** $26.00 per week
