To support this exciting work, we’re looking for a creative and passionate senior communications consultant to join our fun and collaborative team.
The Electric Power communications team plays a powerful role in connecting teams and efforts across the organization. As a trusted business partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and business partners to drive our strategic priorities and OneEPD culture through actionable communications plans. You’ll also lead and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams that make an important impact to the business.

What You’ll Do
+ Develop and execute actionable communication strategies to drive collaboration, understanding and excitement in our power systems solutions.
+ Inspire senior leaders and business partners to embrace effective communication solutions including storytelling, leaders as communicators and change management.
+ Prepare executive internal and external presentations, speeches, and other materials to embed the identify of Electric Power with key stakeholder groups including employees, partners and customers.
+ Partner with Human Resources to build and manage strategies that develop leaders, prioritize inclusion, and instill deep understanding of the business.
+ Collaborate with the communications team to uphold a proactive editorial strategy, bringing stories to life through leader, written, visual and verbal communications.
What You Will Have
+ College or university degree in communications or marketing; or equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of progressive job-related experience
+ Recognized content creation skills (written, visual, verbal)
+ Strong interpersonal and influence skills; ability to collaborate and work with leaders and business partners
+ Excellent organization and analytical skills, detail-oriented
+ Appetite for personal and professional growth
+ Desire for continuous improvement, find new and creative ways to reach key audiences
+ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, graphic design software and video-editing tools
**Additional Info** :
+ The primary location for this position is Dallas, TX
+ Domestic relocation is available for the ideal candidate.
+ Must be able to work 5 days onsite.
+ Travel up to 5%.
+ Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
