    + Why Join Our Team?Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a per diem Lactation Consultant to work within the Mother Baby Unit. The lactation consultant will individualize and prioritize care to meet the physical and emotional needs of the breast-feeding mother and infant.Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Help breastfeeding women and their families to achieve their own breast-feeding goals.

    + Responsible for follow-up phone calls to all breastfeeding mothers after discharge.

    + Responsible for monitoring and evaluating performance of the lactation services provided.What We Require for this Role:Education

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred.Related Work Experience

    + Previous Lactation Consultant experience.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

    + International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Certification
