Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help our clients define, deliver and scale AI powered products and platforms - from internal productivity tools to client-facing innovations—grounded in real-world use cases, human-centered design, and responsible AI practices.in an agile and data-driven environment relentlessly focused on driving superior business outcome for our customers.

As part of your responsibilities, you will lead a collaborative, cross-functional and high performance team working with data scientists, ML engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable GenAI applications that solve high-impact problems, deliver a differentiated customer experience, meet the demands of the market and drive business results.

Responsibilities

+ Identify and validate high-value GenAI use cases, using a combination of user research, data analysis, deep understanding of the client organization’s goals and priorities, competitive market positioning and market differentiation

+ Translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions, ensuring usability, explainability, and trust

+ Develop and test hypothesis partnering with Customer Research teams to generate objective evidence and leveraging data-driven decision tools and methods

+ Establish a prioritization model rooted in organization’s market differentiation and strategic themes to prioritize feature based on an economic view

+ Partner closely with AI/ML, platform engineering, design, and business teams to deliver production-grade AI applications—from MVPs to scaled deployments

+ Build feedback loops and evaluation frameworks for continuous learning, fine-tuning, and model retraining

+ Integrate with LLM APIs or open-source models where appropriate; ensure model selection aligns with cost, performance, and data sensitivity requirements

+ Advocate for AI safety, privacy, and governance—ensuring responsible AI principles are built into every step of the product lifecycle.

+ Track market trends, model evolution, and emerging frameworks (e.g., RAG, agents, synthetic data) to inform product decisions

+ Drive go-to-market readiness, user adoption, and post-launch optimization for GenAI solutions.

+ Monitor and report product performance against established KPIs/OKRs

Qualifications

Qualifications (Expected):

+ 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years working on AI/ML or GenAI initiatives.

+ Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, RAG architecture, and generative design patterns.

+ Experience collaborating with to ship AI-powered products.

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization including data science and ML engineering teams, analytics and UX/CX

+ Experience using data and analytics tools and well-developed intuitions for leveraging data and analytics in generating objective and actionable evidence for fast and data-driven decision making

+ Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Qualifications (Preferred):

+ Familiarity with open-source AI stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face), cloud AI services (Azure/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI), and compliance frameworks (GDPR, AI Act).

+ Strong analytics skills and experience using analytics/visualization tools

+ Business and digital strategy experience

+ Identifying organizational and process changes required to successfully realize the benefits of a solution

Additional information

**Pay Range:** $117,000- $175,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
