We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Field Safety Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain a safe and compliant work environment. This is a 100% on-site position. A strong field presence is essential to ensure real-time safety oversight and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
+ Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; recommend and track corrective actions.
+ Support field supervisors in building safety-conscious crews through coaching and safety planning.
+ Respond to incidents; coordinate injury care per company protocols and assist with root cause investigations.
+ Prepare and maintain safety documentation including Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Site-Specific Safety Plans, and permits.
+ Lead or assist with safety training including toolbox talks, orientation, and site-specific safety programs.
+ Ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment, PPE, and first aid supplies.
+ Participate in and contribute to jobsite safety walks with internal and external partners.
+ Serve as a resource for OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
+ Maintain documentation of inspections, incident reports, and corrective actions.
+ Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager and Safety Director to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
+ 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments
+ OSHA 30 certification preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
+ Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
+ Root cause analysis experience
+ Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and judgment skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong presentation skills and ability to train field personnel
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
+ Must pass a background check and drug screen
