Under general direction of the Executive Director, Human Resources, performs increasingly independent personnel work related to classified recruitment, test development, classification, compensation and other personnel studies; leads the work of employees that are working on classified recruitment and onboarding; oversees all classified employee transactions; independently performs difficult technical tasks and duties to assist in the administration of a comprehensive and diversified human resources for classified employees in a Merit System District.

This job posting is to establish an eligibility list for future permanent positions and is open to internal candidates only at this time. Please contact Michelle Eifert, extension 1401, to obtain the application password.

There will be an application screening for the position to verify that the minimum qualifications (education & experience) have been satisfied. We will email you via www.edjoin.org to advise you if you may participate in the written and/or performance exam. All candidates will be required to provide a photo ID with their signature.

If you pass the written and/or performance exam, you may be scheduled to participate in the Oral/Technical Exam. Candidates must pass each portion of the exam in order to proceed in the recruitment and be placed on the eligibility list.

The eligibility list for this recruitment will be valid for one year.

Types of Exams and Tentative Dates

OVSD tests on Wednesdays. Once you have applied, it has been determined that your application is complete, and you have met the minimum qualifications, you will receive an invitation to test via email with the date of the exam. Please monitor your inbox for more information on testing/next steps.
