Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the proposed platform meets compliance, security, and data privacy requirements.

+ Collaborate with the Data Platform Architect to ensure proper data access, sharing, and management across the platform.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices.

+ Provide guidance on best practices for data preparation, exploration, and visualization within the platform.

+ Monitor and enforce data governance policies, including financial governance, PII data management, and secure data sharing

+ Utilize Databricks for data processing, analytics, and governance activities.

+ Facilitate client-facing discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges.

+ Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies.

+ Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes.

+ Create and maintain documentation for data governance initiatives.

+ Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools.

+ Provide client-facing support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with Databricks.

+ Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.

+ Proficiency in data management and analytics tools.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
