CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Change Manager to join our team to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE).
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage the change management process, ensuring all changes are properly recorded, assessed, planned, and implemented
+ Advise the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and facilitate change request reviews
+ Develop, implement, and maintain change management policies, procedures, and standards
+ Analyze change-related data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
+ Collaborate with various IT teams and stakeholders to coordinate and prioritize changes
+ Manage the change schedule and change calendar to minimize conflicts and service disruptions
+ Provide guidance and training on change management processes to IT staff and relevant stakeholders
+ Ensure compliance with ITIL frameworks and other relevant industry standards
+ Continuously improve change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
+ Must hold an active secret level clearance
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in IT change management roles
+ ITIL v4 Foundation certification
+ Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in a large, distributedIT enterprise
+ Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,100-$141,000
