Position Summary...
Join Walmart+ as a Manager of Growth and Operations Strategy and help enhance member benefit effectiveness and shaping the future member experience. You will collaborate with cross-teams to resolve critical pain points, manage program metrics in real-time, and lead projects. Reporting directly to the Director, W+ Member Operations, your expertise in operations strategy, program management, and data-driven business cases will help ensure successful strategy execution and exceptional member experiences.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Manager to join our team, enhancing member benefit effectiveness and shaping the future member experience. You will report directly to the Director, W+ Member Operations, and play a crucial part in defining the strategy and direction for tracking and resolving benefit pain points at scale. You will identify critical pain points in main member benefit experiences, address priority member problems, and serve as a strategic partner across Walmart+, Operations, Product, Insights, and Data teams to ensure successful strategy implementation.
What you'll do...
Shape the Vision** **: Help shape the Member Benefit Excellence vision, establish shared goals, and lead a goal tracking process to support successful strategy execution.
+ **Lead Technical Projects** : Oversee the roadmapping and prioritization process for technical projects across the Member Operations domain.
+ **Promote Improvements** : Craft data-driven business cases for benefit improvement recommendations, encouraging cross-team collaboration and securing leadership support and resourcing.
+ **Monitor Metrics** : Define important metrics to monitor program growth and mitigate risks.
+ **Collaborate Across Teams** : Work with cross-team working groups to develop multi-phase change implementation plans.
What you'll bring...
+ 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, consulting, or product management.
+ 3+ years of experience in program management.
+ Experience with financial data and building data-driven business cases.
+ Experience partnering with technical, data science, and analytics teams.
+ Experience with subscription or membership products.
+ Expertise working in cross-team environments at large, matrix organizations.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
