Program Support Professional II Schedule / Availability:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 9:00 pm

*Shifts are assigned within this time frame*

(35 hours per week)

Compensation: $18.50 per hour

*This employee will be given a company vehicle for work-related, and personal use OR a $100 monthly stipend*

*This is a float position and will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

In this role you’ll be making a difference by:

+ Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares

+ Work within several different programs (1:1 In-Home and Respite)

+ Train new staff as needed

+ Administer medications

+ Cook and help with housework

+ Provide constant supervision

+ Transport individuals to appointments and community events using personal vehicle

To be considered for position with us, you must:

+ Be at least 18 years of age or older.

+ Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle

+ Hold an acceptable driving record

+ Possess strong English communication skills

+ Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)

+ Be able to pass a Department of Human Services and nationwide criminal background check

+ Professional or personal experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
