We are looking for a Manager to join the Walmart+ Acquisition Marketing team. This person will own the marketing strategy for Walmart+ site banners on Walmart.com and within the mobile app for all Walmart+ membership programs (Walmart+, Assist, Student, InHome) as well as be the lead for all Walmart+ events, including Walmart+ Week, Early Access events and new benefit launches. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, data-driven, strategic, & highly organized marketer.
This role will partner most closely with the Product, Gen AI and Analytics teams to create learning agendas and build testing roadmaps to continuously optimize and drive performance from site banners on Walmart.com pages and within the mobile app. This person will be a key partner in helping to create new Gen AI tools that will accelerate speed to market for experimentation, testing into hundreds of variations across marketing claims, images and audience segments to find the best combination that drives high-quality membership sign-ups. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading the acquisition planning for large-scale events, working closely with other channel owners and with the Walmart+ Brand and Benefits team to create go-to-market acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities Overview
• **Developing effective marketing strategies –** Develop acquisition strategies for Walmart.com/app and coordinate holistic campaigns across all acquisition channels for large-scale events, incorporating best practices and creating opportunities for new experiments.
• **Design Focus –** Deep understanding of the customer journey across .com/app platforms to inform message placement and targeting. Work closely with creative to develop content to help drive users down the funnel.
• **Leveraging tools & data –** Partner with Product and Gen AI teams to build out new AI tools that create copy and image variations that will accelerate testing to find the best combinations of messages to drive high conversion rate and trial-to-paid conversion.
• **Optimizing toward quality –** Build test plans and learning agendas to optimize and improve performance for creative showing on .com/app and messaging experimentation.
• **Reporting insights –** Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to drive sign-ups and overall program growth. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and be able to draw insights from performance metrics to make decisions.
• **Building strong relationships** – Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are a must. Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, business, analytics, and site operations to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Ability to motivate team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years marketing experience
• Experience managing and optimizing creative
• Highly analytical, with ability to translate data & insights into action
• Prior experience partnering with creative, operations, product & analytics teams
• Ability to think strategically, while staying on top of day-to-day tactical execution with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with peers & leadership
• Creative marketer, ability to conceptualize new ideas and new ways of working
• Highly collaborative, team player, strong influencer, and relationship builder
• Highly organized, detailed and results-oriented
• Ability to remain agile, move quickly, and pivot as business priorities shift
• Membership experience a plus

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
