As a **Senior Manager of Product Development** **_specializing_** in **Cosmetics & OTC Drugs** , you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and lifecycle management of our product portfolio. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations while staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
What you'll do** **:
+ **Strategic Product Development:** Develop, monitor, and manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with merchandising strategies and private brand financial goals.
+ **Supplier Partnership:** Partner with suppliers/manufacturers of Cosmetics, Over-the-Counter Drugs and Pharmacy items to drive innovation and quality improvements.
+ **Innovation and Trends:** Benchmark industry trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new strategies.
+ **Issue Resolution:** Lead root cause analysis for product issues, recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sourcing, Creative, Regulatory, Merchants) and external partners to develop new products and renovate existing ones.
+ **Quality Assurance:** Collaborate with the Quality team to investigate and resolve member complaints, ensuring product excellence and customer satisfaction.
+ **Project Management:** Have experience leading product development projects from ideation to item launch
What you'll bring** **:
+ **Education & Professional Background:** **Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry** or a related field with **4 – 6 years of product development experience**
+ **Expertise in Product Development of Cosmetics and OTC Drugs:** Previous experience in managing Cosmetic & OTC Drug product development projects is essential.
+ **Customer-Centric Approach:** A strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
+ **Analytical Skills:** Comfortable digging into data and conducting thorough analysis to drive decisions.
+ **Innovative Thinking:** Proven ability to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
+ **Leadership and Influence:** Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
+ **Agility and Adaptability:** A test-and-learn mentality, able to pivot strategies based on results and market dynamics.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
