    We’re seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our M&A Integration team. In this pivotal role, you will own and drive end-to-end integration strategy and execution across a portfolio of acquisitions, ensuring we maximize deal value while enabling seamless transitions and sustainable operations. This individual will have deep experience in M&A integration, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to operate with agility in dynamic, high-growth environments.

    Qualifications

    + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.

    + Experience (Required):

    + Solid project management leader experience, ideally 8+ years in increasingly complex roles across fast-paced and matrixed organizations.

    + Strong background in M&A integration, with a clear understanding of how to manage integrations from Day 0 planning through long-term transition.

    + Prior exposure to transaction environments (corporate development, consulting, investment banking, etc.) and cross-functional workstream management.

    + Industry knowledge or experience in healthcare, health tech, or life sciences is strongly preferred.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and navigate competing priorities.

    + Comfortable working with ambiguity, tight timelines, and evolving priorities.

    + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com) and familiarity with financial modeling or KPIs used to track integration success is a plus.

    + Additional Skills (required):

    + · 8+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, with 5+ years leading end-to-end M&A integrations or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in high-growth or complex environments.

    • Demonstrated success overseeing multiple, large-scale integration efforts—within highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.

    • Comprehensive understanding of the M&A lifecycle, from pre-deal strategy and due diligence through post-close integration, including:

    o Operating model and org design optimization

    o Synergy identification, realization planning, and performance tracking

    o Day 1 readiness and execution

    o Transition Services Agreement (TSA) negotiation and management

    o Risk identification, mitigation, and governance

    • Financial, operational, and technical fluency, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, assess organizational impact, and make recommendations that align with strategic priorities.

    • Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to influence, align, and build trust across all levels of leadership, including Board and C-suite executives.

    • Advanced project and program management expertise, including mastery of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, and the ability to tailor frameworks to suit varying deal structures and operational realities.

    • Track record of leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity, navigating competing priorities, and delivering measurable outcomes under tight timelines and evolving conditions.

    • Strong leadership and change management capabilities, including the ability to guide cultural integration, facilitate organizational alignment, and manage the human side of change with empathy and clarity.

     

    Technologically adept, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio), and hands-on experience with project portfolio and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
