As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and services.

What You’ll Do

+ Monitor and prevent incidents in the remote lab.

+ Investigate and resolve hardware and software incidents.

+ Handle hardware assets and onboard new users to the remote lab.

+ Provide end-user support via email, chat, and phone.

+ Collect and analyze user feedback to enhance the remote lab experience.

+ Develop documentation and knowledge base articles.

What You’ll Bring

+ Expertise in Python programming and Linux system engineering.

+ Strong application support and troubleshooting skills.

+ Experience with system administration and engineering.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Passion for helping users and improving their experience.

Bonus Points:

+ Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

+ Knowledge of networking and security best practices.

+ Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
