**NOW HIRING:** Warehouse Laborer – Shipping & Receiving

**Location:** Ware, MA

**Compensation:** $20/hour

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated **Warehouse Laborer** to join our shipping and receiving team. This role involves handling, moving, and storing customer products with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Safeguard and handle customer products to ensure quality standards are maintained.

+ Accurately pick, stage, load, unload, stack, and relocate products.

+ Follow shipping instructions precisely when pulling and staging orders.

+ Maintain inventory organization and maximize warehouse space through proper product placement.

+ Inspect and report product condition, ensuring all items are free from contaminants.

+ Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.

+ Interpret and follow packaging instructions, using appropriate supplies and labels.

+ Verify label accuracy, positioning, and package weight before shipping or storage.

+ Unload deliveries and stock materials while recording accurate inventory details.

+ Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.

+ Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

+ Follow instructions from supervisors and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

+ Prior warehouse experience, especially with sit-down forklifts, is preferred.

+ Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

+ Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
