Kelly Services is seeking experienced Printed Circuit Board (PCB) soldering technicians for a busy electronics Manufacturer located in Melbourne, FL 32904

**Pay Rate:** $20/hour

2nd shift- 3:30pm-11:30pm (train on 1st)

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will **hold an active IPC Certification** and have proven experience in soldering PCB boards. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to our success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Perform soldering of PCB boards in compliance with active IPC Certification standards.

+ Ensure all soldering processes adhere to safety standards.

+ Inspect and test all soldered components to guarantee quality and accuracy.

+ Troubleshoot and repair any defective components as necessary.

+ Maintain accurate records of all soldering activities.

+ Assist in the training and development of new technicians.

Qualifications:

+ Active IPC Certification. **_Required; J-STD Certification required if Expired not more than 2 years ago._**

+ Extensive experience soldering PCB boards.

+ Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in soldering.

+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Effective time management capabilities.
