    Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a leading federal contractor, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across campus buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience with routine cleaning tasks and be committed to providing a safe and professional environment for staff and visitors. This position is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Perform daily cleaning of restrooms, remove trash (indoor/outdoor), and sanitize water fountains and sinks.

    + Vacuum offices, hallways, and common areas weekly.

    + Clean windows, surfaces, and chair upholstery monthly.

    + Shampoo carpets and deep-clean exercise mats and floors semi-annually.

    + Respond to urgent clean-ups, such as spills or restroom overflows.

    + Use proper cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.

    Position Qualifications:

    + Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred.

    + Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.

    + Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

    + Must follow safety protocols and cleaning schedules.

    + Must be able to obtain successfully obtain and maintain DOE base access (“BAO” access authorization”)

    Work Environment:

    + This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and bending throughout the shift.

    + Cleaning will be conducted during regular business days only.During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
