About the Role

As a **Continuous Improvement Analyst** , you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business operations, optimizing execution processes, and leveraging data analytics. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, process management expertise, proficiency in creating workflows and using PowerBI. This role will also ensure our strategies are both data-driven and efficient while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing process documentation, tracking key performance indicators, and utilizing business intelligence tools to improve visibility and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in mapping and documenting end-to-end execution workflows across cross-functional teams.

+ Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and clarity.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma principles and identify process bottlenecks.

+ Support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards in Power BI.

+ Assist in analyzing operational performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

+ Develop & implement structured KPI reporting cadence to drive performance-based decisions.

+ Collaborate with leadership to refine and improve key business metrics.

+ Integrate automation tools into tracking and reporting processes.

+ Utilize SQL, Python, or Excel to collect, process, and visualize operational data.

+ Identify small-scale opportunities for workflow automation to reduce manual processes.

+ Assist in integrating risk tracking into business reviews and execution workflows.

+ Support the standardization of risk management protocols to improve early detection of execution risks.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 2+ years of experience in process improvement, business analytics or operations

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean and Six Sigma

+ Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools

+ Exposure to SQL, Python, or advanced Excel for data analysis

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze processes, problem solve and make data-driven decisions

+ Detail-oriented with excellent data organization and visualization skills

+ Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse teams
