    Where is the work:

    This position has been designated as full-time, on-site at our Noblesville, IN facility and is considered safety-sensitive.

    What you will do:  

    + Implement and control the production schedule

    + Review and adjust the schedule where needed.

    + Determine the human resources and material resources required.

    + Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.

    + Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.

    + Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.

    + Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures ensure adherence to product quality standards.

    + Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.

    + Determine and implement improvements to the production process.

    + Prepare and maintain production reports.

    + Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

    + Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including materials, engineering, and quality.

    + Continue to build a highly engaged culture

    What you will bring:

    + Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations/manufacturing required

    + Experience in FDA regulated environment preferred.

    + Understanding and commitment to Lean Manufacturing

    + Experience managing people

    + Must be able to manage effectively in an organized labor manufacturing environment

    + Ability to manage and develop direct and indirect reports.

    + Financial management skills/knowledge

    + Familiar with quality systems.

    + Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

    + Comfortable in both in person and remote environments

    + Strong technical aptitude with passion for excellence

    + Strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills

    + Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.

    + Effectively communicate concepts and decisions.

    + Make timely decisions and maintain accountability for such decisions.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     

    Compensation:  

     

    Base Pay Range: $111,000 - $175,000

     

    Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
