The **Registered Funds team** of UMB works with clients to provide accounting, tax, audit, and administrative services for mutual funds and collective trusts.

The **Fund Administrator team** works both independently and a team-oriented environment to collectively service clients.

As the **Senior Fund Administrator,** you will review the work of a group of Fund Administrators (I, II and III). Reviewing responsibilities primarily includes financial statements, board materials, compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration

How you will spend your time:

+ Coordinate with Lead Administrator and client’s external auditor the audit of financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit

+ Respond to client questions and requests

+ Perform review of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure

+ Perform review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions

+ Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings.

+ Other Duties as assigned

+ You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

+ You have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of fund administration or related industry experience

Bonus Points if:

+ You have a CPA

Compensation Range:

$63,830.00 - $136,580.00
