Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and delegating responsibilities for food and alcohol service at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This oversight includes such things as managing people, stocking to par levels, customer service, troubleshooting POS?s, and following alcohol and food safety protocols. You are to supervise a section of concession stands and portable bars/bottle carts.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $24.00 to $24.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of dining room and bar areas ensuring service and quality are up to standards

Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain timely and accurate food service

Oversee opening and closing procedures

Ensure exceptional guest service by monitoring interactions and address issues properly

Handle customer complaints with professionalism

Foster a welcoming and attentive atmosphere

Collaborate with restaurant manager to plan and execute special events and promotions

Qualifications

Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing world-class service to the client, guests, and co-workers.

A strong knowledge of personal computers is essential.

Experience in all facets of providing guest services.

Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.

Strong organizational abilities.

Preferably two years in hospitality services or like environment performing like duties as Guest Services or Concierge?s supervisor.

Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
