    The Director of Global Key Account Management for Data Center Services is responsible for managing high-value client relationships within the data center services sector. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role primarily focuses on the strategic account management and developing business opportunities within the data center services sector. It also involves overseeing global account performance, negotiating complex contracts, and developing strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction.

    YOUR TASKS

    * Engage and develop strategic relationship with key accounts in the data center/cloud business sector. That includes senior-level client interactions, creation of client presentations, negotiations, etc.

    * Develop new revenue opportunities and strategic account plans by identifying data center solutions that match the needs of the targeted accounts.

    * Assume responsibility for P&L results, collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure comprehensive financial oversight of key client accounts.

    * Manage team of managers and directors associated with the key accounts, guiding them to meet P&L objectives and ensuring successful business development and process improvement initiatives.

    YOUR PROFILE

    * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    * At least 10 years of experience in key account management, business development, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

    * Proven track record of managing large, high-value client accounts and driving substantial revenue growth.

    * Strong experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and financial oversight.

    * Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing key relationships on a global scale.

    * Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong background in process improvement and change management.

    * Relevant industry experience, especially in sectors related to supply chain management or technology, is highly desirable.

    * An MBA or advanced degree preferred.
