Residential House Manager

*Full-Time Positions Available*

*$1,500 Sign-On Bonus*

In this role you will plan, supervise, and coordinate support services required to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities include: supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals, planning staff coverage, and collaborating with the Community Residence team to ensure that the health and safety needs of residents are fulfilled. You will also assist with the coordination of services, planning, and management of residents' health, recreational and social activities. Those in this position are passionate about supporting others and making a difference in people's lives.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field

Valid NYS driver's license

Related experience in residential programs and supervisory experience
