    As a Land Analyst, you will be accountable for overall records management, data integrity and project management. You will provide excellent customer service as you collaborate with company partners to identify and resolve a range of problems in straightforward situations as you grow in your career. The ability to influence others and communicate with all levels of the organization are keys to success!

    Responsibilities/Expectations:

    + Provides comprehensive support to Land Representatives and Supervisors, ensuring efficient land analysis and data management to facilitate informed decision-making and operational success

    + Applies basic principles of land surveys

    + Pursues additional knowledge to perform work assignments to meet specific objectives of document preparation, report generation, and payments for land obligations

    + Researches and organizes county records to verify current surface rights

    + Navigates systems and data to produce ad hoc reports and construction line lists

    + Interprets legal documents; prepares simple legal descriptions and exhibits for assignments and releases

    Education/Years of Experience:

    + Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data management systems

    + Preferred: Some college or Associates degree in business or related field

    Other Requirements:

    + Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills

    + Possesses working knowledge of land records, data management systems, financial system, GIS, facility maps and drawings

    + Basic understanding of how to read and interpret legal descriptions and legal documents

    Hourly/Salary Guidelines:

    (Minimum, Midpoint, Maximum)

     

    $22 - $33 - $39
