Program Manager, F\-35 Sustainment \- Level 3

This position is for a F\-35 Sustainment Program Manager in support of the Annualized Sustainment contract\. The PM will be responsible for the execution of multiple Contract Line Item Numbers \(CLINs\) including support of General Use Consumables \(GUC\) for Ebbing Air National Guard Base \(ANGB\) as well as Crew Systems Repair of Repairables \(RoR\)\.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring contractual scope is successfully executed while meeting EV and financial commitments\.

Additional responsibilities include management of Property Management contractual requirements and interfacing with the AVSC Deputy PM on sustainment property planning\. The selected candidate will lead risk and opportunity \(R&O\) management for the Annualized Supply PMO and serve as the primary interface to the program R&O team\.

Basic Qualifications:

• Sustainment experience supporting a defense contract

• Experience as a program manager or a project engineer

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems \(EVMS\)

• Working knowledge of supply chain management

Desired Skills:

• Familiar with F\-35 sustainment

• Previous role as a control account manager \(CAM\)

• Experience engaging, managing, and negotiating with government customers and suppliers

• Demonstrated experience driving the execution of large scale projects or programs

**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
