Based in our Shakopee, Minnesota location, you will create world-class embedded software for pressure and temperature industrial process measurement devices which are used in safety and mission-critical applications.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

+ Working with an interdisciplinary team

+ Performing Object-Oriented Design and coding of real-time embedded software

+ Participating in software requirements activities, including elicitation, analysis, and documentation

+ Participating in extensive peer reviews

+ Creating and executing unit and integration tests

+ Debugging software and hardware/software integration issues

For This Role, You Will Need:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an Engineering School

+ Two (2) years of applicable experience

+ Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

+ An ABET-accredited engineering degree

+ Good communication skills and the ability to participate as a member of a team

+ Experience with related technologies (C/C++, Object-Oriented Design, UML, real-time operating systems, microcontrollers, serial communication protocols such as SPI, SCI, IIC)

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
