As a Third-Party and Release Manager, you will be integral to driving the success of our solutions. This unique, high-visibility, high-impact role gives you the opportunity to combine strategy, technology and business while seamlessly leading and managing critical vendor partnerships.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
+ Own the end-to-end third-party management process—ensuring smooth updates, seamless integrations, and quick resolution of any issues that may arise
+ Lead the evaluation and selection process for new third-party software, ensuring thorough vetting process and alignment with product requirements and business needs.
+ Manage strategic relationships with our key third-party software vendors, ensuring ongoing alignment with our needs and objectives. You’ll be the strategic point of contact, managing negotiations, updates, and integrations.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any issues related to third-party software, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance.
+ Manage and maintain strong relationships with third-party software vendors, ensuring on-time delivery, high performance, and compliance with contractual agreements.
+ Track software updates, patches, and new releases from third-party vendors, ensuring that they are implemented efficiently and without disruption.
In addition to your key role in managing third party, you will be expected to take on release management for each assigned product release. This includes:
+ Leading, managing, taking full ownership of the end-to-end release process for assigned product releases, ensuring that product launch is smooth, successful, and meets customer expectations and with the highest quality levels.
+ Collaborating and working closely with product Agile Release Train leaders, development, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on release milestones and ensure thorough preparation for successful delivery
+ Establishing, tracking and maintaining release milestones, continuously evaluating release health, closely monitoring progress and proactively mitigate potential risks to maintain momentum
+ Capturing post-release feedback and implementing ongoing improvements to optimize effectiveness of future releases.
+ Implementing and continuously improving release management best practices to ensure smooth deployments, minimize operational disruptions

For This Role, You Will Need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
+ 9+ years of experience in third-party software management and project management with strong and essential knowledge of industrial process automation systems and technologies
+ Proven success in managing third-party software vendors and releases in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
+ Strong technical project management, communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, with a focus on quality and risk mitigation
+ Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
+ In depth and extensive technical experience with Dell hardware, Microsoft Operating systems, Cloud platforms, open-source software and networking products.
+ Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management.
+ Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
