    Summary:

    + Practice in the collaborative/independent management of newborn care.

    + They practice within developed policies, protocols and guidelines that are approved by the Pediatric Division.

    + Act as a professional role model for other team members.

    + Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    + Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:

    Masters Degree - Nursing

    Credentials:

    + Basic Life Support

    + Adv Practice RN License

    + Neonatal Resuscitation Provider

    Experience:

    + 1 year of NICU experience working as an NNP

    Facility:

    BayCare Health System, Maternal Professional Services-SFBH

     

    Status:** **PRN

     

    Shift Hours:** **24 hour shifts

     

    Shift:** **Shift 4

     

    Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

     

    Weekend Work:** **Occasional

    On Call:** **No
