We're seeking associates to join our 1st shift team at our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, Texas.

1st Shift Hours:  6:00 am - 2:30 pm

$15.50/hr base pay for starting/entry level PLUS bi-weekly bonus opportunities, generous PTO plan & benefits!

Our associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department and lab needs.  Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers.

Lab tasks include order picking, stockroom work, observing data on job trays, RF scanning, ensuring movement of jobs throughout production process, machine operation, lens handling, cleaning, inspecting and other assigned duties.

We currently have openings in our stockroom/inventory department.

+ No specific education level required.

+ Prior experience in warehouse operations, order picking, machine operation and mass production is preferred.

+ Optical experience desirable but is not required.

+ Must be able to read and write English.
